We take your data seriously. Here is what we collect and why.
1. Data we process
- Audio. Your voice recording is sent to the transcription service and deleted right after we receive the text.
- Transcripts, cards, to-dos, reflections. Stored in a secured database, visible only to you.
- Account. Email/phone, sign-in method, social handles (if you add them), registration date, last sign-in.
- Technical data. IP, device type, language, sign-in events — for security and product analytics.
2. Why
- To run the service itself — transcription, cards, history.
- To process subscription payments via Paddle.
- Abuse protection and customer support.
3. AI and model training
Your data is not used to train AI models. We send only the context required for each specific request.
4. Sharing
- Transcription and AI providers (under a data-processing agreement).
- Paddle — to process payments.
- Our hosting and database provider.
Never to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Your rights
- Data export. You can download all your cards, to-dos and reflections from your account.
- Deletion. You can delete your account and all associated data in one click from your account page. We delete without delay, except where the law requires us to keep specific records.
- Correction. You can edit or remove individual cards and items.
6. Retention
Data is kept while your account exists. Once you delete the account, we delete the data.
